2. Eligibility
By using our Site, you represent that:

3. Products, Customization & Handmade Variations
Many of our products are custom-made, personalized, engraved, or handmade to order. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
✔ Customization Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted, including names, spelling, dates, and design details.

• PHCC is not responsible for errors in customer-submitted content.

✔ Handmade Variations

Due to the nature of laser engraving, sublimation, acrylic production, and handmade assembly, variations may occur, including:

• Color differences

• Engraving depth

• Material grain

• Paper or acrylic texture

• Minor alignment variations
   

These are normal characteristics of handmade items and not considered defects.

✔ Custom Orders

• Custom items are non-refundable unless an error was made by PHCC.

• Bulk, logo, or specialty acrylic orders may require additional processing time or costs.

• We reserve the right to decline custom work that violates copyrights, trademarks, or our content policies.
   

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

• Prices may change at any time without notice.

• Full payment is required at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or misuse.

5. Processing Times & Shipping
Processing time refers to the time needed to create your order before shipment.
✔ Processing Times

• Celebration Boxes: 3–5 business days

• Party Favors: 2 weeks

• Acrylic Décor: 2 weeks

• Custom Gifts: 2 weeks

• Rush Orders: Available for a +15% fee, subject to approval and material availability
   

✔ Shipping Details

• Shipping carriers provide estimated delivery times, which are not guaranteed.

• PHCC is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

  • Additional taxes, duties, or international fees

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, PHCC is not liable for theft, loss, or damage.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Because our products are personalized or handmade, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or cancellations once production has begun.
✔ Exceptions
A replacement or store credit may be provided if:

• The item arrives damaged, and

• You contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and

• The issue is determined to be the fault of PHCC

PHCC reserves the right to determine if an item is eligible for replacement.

7. Trademarked Characters & Intellectual Property
PHCC does not create, design, or sell trademarked characters, logos, or branded images unless the artwork is:

• Provided directly by the customer, and

• You confirm you have legal permission to use it for personal use
   

All custom work submitted by the customer is your responsibility. PHCC is not liable for copyright or trademark issues arising from customer-provided files.
All product designs, photos, templates, graphics, and content on this Site are owned by Playhouse Creative Company and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold.

8. User Content
If you submit customization information, logos, images, reviews, or photos, you grant PHCC a non-exclusive license to use such content for marketing or promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

9. Third-Party Services
Our payment gateways, shipping carriers, and other integrations are managed by third parties. We are not responsible for their actions, errors, or policies.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PHCC is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages

• Losses caused by shipping carriers

• Customer errors in submitted customization details

• Delays due to circumstances beyond our control

• Misuse or misunderstanding of our products

Total liability shall not exceed the price paid for the item in dispute.

11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia (or your state if different).
