Due to the unique nature of each order, we maintain strict policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and returns.

🖌️ Design Approval Process​

Before production begins, you will receive a design proof for review and approval. This is your opportunity to verify all details, including spelling, colors, layout, sizes, and any other custom specifications.

🔒 Once the design is approved, your order is finalized and moves immediately into production.

​❌ No Cancellations After Design Approval

We do not accept cancellations after the design has been approved. Once production has started, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

​🚫 No Refunds or Returns​

Because each product is custom-made, all sales are final. We do not accept:

• Refunds

• Returns

• Exchanges

unless the product is damaged or there is a verified error caused by us.

​📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our mistake, please:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery​

2. Email support@playhousecreativeco.com with:

   • Your order number

   • Clear photos of the item and packaging

   • A brief description of the issue

We will review the case and provide a resolution if the issue is confirmed.
