Refund Policy

At Playhouse Creative Company, we specialize in creating customized and personalized products tailored specifically to your requests.

Due to the unique nature of each order, we maintain strict policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and returns.

🖌️ Design Fees and Redesign Fees

Custom design fees and redesign fees are nonrefundable because they compensate Playhouse Creative Company for creative services and time already provided.

The $95 custom design fee is separate from the product or order total and will not be credited toward a future purchase, order deposit, remaining balance, shipping, or rush fees.

Standard design and personalization for products already listed on the PHCC website are included in the listed price and do not require a separate custom design fee.

Order Deposits

Orders placed directly through the PHCC online store require payment in full at checkout. Custom orders totaling $500 or more require a 50% deposit. The deposit reserves the customer’s production date and allows PHCC to begin design work, sourcing, scheduling, and material purchasing.

The deposit becomes nonrefundable once any design work, sourcing, scheduling, or material

purchasing has begun.

The remaining balance is due after proof approval and must be paid in full before production begins.

Design Approval Process

Before production begins, you will receive a design proof for review and approval. This is your opportunity to verify all details, including spelling, colors, layout, sizes, and any other custom specifications.

🔒 Once the design is approved, your order is finalized and moves immediately into production.

Cancellations

Orders under $500 must be paid in full before work begins. If a cancellation is requested before design work, sourcing, scheduling, material purchasing, or production has started, PHCC will review the request to determine whether any portion of the product payment is eligible for a refund.

Once design work, sourcing, scheduling, material purchasing, or production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Rush fees are nonrefundable once the rush order has been accepted and scheduled.

Proof Approval and Customer Errors

Customers are responsible for reviewing all spelling, names, dates, colors, quantities, sizing, layout, and other order details shown on the digital proof.

Once a proof is approved, the order is finalized and may move immediately into production. PHCC is not responsible for errors or design details displayed on a proof that the customer reviewed and

approved.

Changes requested after approval are not guaranteed. If changes are possible, additional design, material, or production fees may apply.

No Refunds or Returns

Because each product is custom-made, all sales are final. We do not accept:

Refunds
Returns
Exchanges

unless the product is damaged or there is a verified error caused by us.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our mistake, please:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Email support@playhousecreativeco.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue

After reviewing the claim, PHCC may provide a replacement, correction, or store credit when appropriate.

Your Responsibility

Please review your design proof thoroughly before approving. Once approved, you confirm that all information is correct and accept full responsibility for any errors not addressed beforehand.
