Custom Design Fee
A nonrefundable $95 custom design fee applies when Playhouse Creative Company must create an original concept or develop a new design from scratch. This includes creating designs from inspiration photos, developing a new theme or coordinated collection, substantially recreating an existing concept, or completing design work before a product order is placed.

The custom design fee pays for the creative service itself. It is separate from the product or order total and will not be applied as a credit toward the final purchase.

The design fee does not apply when a customer:

• Selects an existing PHCC design.

• Requests standard personalization, such as changes to a name, date, age, wording, or color.

• Provides production-ready artwork that only requires placement or sizing.

• Receives a standard product proof before production.

PHCC does not create or recreate business logos or unlicensed trademarked artwork. Customers must provide authorized, production-ready artwork when applicable.

Proofs and Revisions
Digital proofs are provided before production when applicable. Customers are responsible for reviewing all spelling, names, dates, colors, sizing, layout, and other order details.

The proof process includes up to three minor revisions. Minor revisions include small changes to wording, color, placement, or sizing that do not alter the original design direction.

Additional revision rounds or a major change in concept or design direction require a $20 redesign fee, payable before further revisions are completed.

Customers have 72 hours to approve their proof. If no response is received within that period, the proof may be automatically approved and the order may proceed to production.

Once a proof is approved, PHCC is not responsible for errors or design details that the customer previously reviewed and approved. Changes requested after approval may require additional fees and could extend the production timeline.
 
Order Payments and Deposits
Orders under $500 require payment in full before design work, proofs, material purchasing, or production begins.

Custom orders totaling $500 or more require a 50% nonrefundable deposit to reserve the production date and begin the order process. The remaining balance is due after proof approval and must be paid in full before production begins.

When a $95 custom design fee applies, it is charged separately from the order deposit and product total.

Design fees, redesign fees, and order deposits are nonrefundable once design work, sourcing, scheduling, or material purchasing has begun. Production will not begin until all required fees and balances have been paid.
