At Playhouse Creative Company, all items are handmade, personalized, or custom-made to order. Please review the policies below before placing your order.
Shipping & Processing
Processing times (before shipping):
Celebration Boxes: 3–5 business days
Party Favors: 2 weeks
Acrylic Décor: 2 weeks
Custom Gifts: 2 weeks
Rush Orders: +15% fee, subject to approval & material availability
Shipping:
Once shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you.
PHCC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
Carrier delays or delivery issues outside our control are not eligible for refunds.
Local Pickup:
If offered, orders must be picked up within 10 days of notification. Unclaimed orders may be cancelled without refund.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Because all PHCC products are personalized, custom, or handmade to order, all sales are final.
Exceptions:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos.
At our discretion, we may offer a replacement or store credit.
Cancellations:
Once materials are purchased or production has begun, cancellations are not possible.
Customization & Approvals
Many items include digital mockups or proofs when applicable. Once a proof is approved, PHCC is not responsible for spelling errors, color changes, or design changes requested afterward.
Trademark Notice:
For trademarked designs (e.g., characters, logos), the customer must provide artwork. PHCC does not create or sell trademarked imagery.
Customer Responsibility & Liability
Buyers must ensure all spelling, names, and details are correct before submitting an order.
PHCC is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Once an item is delivered by the carrier, any loss or theft becomes the customer’s responsibility.
Privacy & Data Protection
We collect only the information necessary to fulfill your order (name, email, shipping address). Your payment information is securely processed by our trusted third-party payment processors.
PHCC does not sell, share, or distribute your personal data.
Important Notes
Handmade items may have minor variations — this is part of the custom craftsmanship process.
Colors may appear slightly different due to screen display settings.
Seasonal products (like Christmas Eve Boxes) often sell out — early purchasing is recommended.
