What comes with the vending machine favor box?

Each order includes one custom themed vending machine-style favor box personalized to match your event. Your order will be made as either an empty or filled version based on the option selected.

What sizes are available?

This item is currently available in:

• 8x10
• 12x16

16x20 is not currently available.

Can this be made in any theme?

Yes. This design is fully customizable and can be created for birthdays, baby showers, Easter, character themes, school celebrations, and more.

Can I add a name and age?

Yes. You can include a name, age, colors, and theme details with your order. Custom wording may also be added depending on the design.

Are the sample photos only for Easter?

No. Sample photos may show an Easter version, but this product can be customized for many different occasions and themes.

Does the box come filled?

You can choose either an empty or filled version when ordering.

Are filled vending machine boxes available for shipping?

No. Filled boxes are available for local pickup only and are not eligible for shipping.

How much does the filled option cost?

Filled options add $15 per box to the base price.

What can be placed inside the box?

These boxes are best for candy, treats, and lightweight party favors. Filled versions are assembled based on your selected option and event style.

Will I receive a proof before production?

Yes. A digital proof is emailed before production. Customers have 72 hours to approve the proof before it is automatically approved. Up to 3 minor changes are included.

How long does production take?

Orders are handmade to order and require a minimum 2-week processing time before shipping. Rush upgrades are available for an additional fee and depend on design approval and material availability.

Can I order these in bulk?

Yes. These are available for single-item custom orders as well as small batch and larger event orders. Bulk pricing may be available depending on quantity and design needs.

Will every box look exactly the same?

Because each piece is handmade and customized, slight variations in layout or design placement may occur based on the theme, wording, and personalization details.

Do you accept returns or cancellations?

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of this item, cancellations, returns, or refunds are not accepted once production has begun.

🖼️ Proof Review & Approval

Before production begins, a digital proof will be emailed for your review and approval.

You’ll have 72 hours to review and respond.
If no reply is received within 72 hours, your proof will be considered approved by default and production will proceed as-is.

🔍 Accuracy & Responsibility

Please check your proof carefully to confirm that all details — names, dates, colors, and spelling — are correct.

Once a proof is approved, PHCC is not responsible for:
• Spelling or grammatical errors
• Incorrect information provided by the client
• Design issues approved in the final proof

✏️ Revisions

You may request up to three minor edits (font, color, layout tweaks) at no charge.

Major design changes or more than three rounds of revisions will incur a $20 redesign fee before additional edits are made.

Please note:
• Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed materials.
• PHCC is not liable for minor color differences between digital previews and final printed products.

🕓 Processing Timeline

All custom items are handmade to order with a minimum 2-week processing time, which begins after proof approval.

Rush upgrades (+15%) are available upon request, subject to design and material availability.

📩 Final Agreement

By approving your proof (via email, message, or automatic approval after 72 hours), you confirm that all details are correct and agree to this policy.

Logos, mascots, and characters (including but not limited to Disney, Pixar, Nickelodeon, and other trademarked properties) are used only at the customer’s request for personal, one-time event use.

This shop is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any university, league, athletic program, studio, or trademark holder.

All copyrights and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are not being sold.
