1. What makes the Rudolph box different from the Grinch version?

Both boxes include similar treats, craft items, and activity pages, but the entire theme, packaging, and letter are Rudolph-inspired. The mug/tumbler design, popcorn bag, box artwork, and included letter are all designed specifically to match the classic holiday Rudolph theme. Parents often choose this version for younger children or those who prefer traditional Christmas characters.

2. What’s the difference between the toddler and big kid options?

To ensure safety and enjoyment for all ages, we offer two versions of the box:

• Toddler (1–3): Comes with a toddler-friendly 11oz sublimated tumbler and a simple coloring sheet with large shapes and no intricate details.

• Big Kid (4–12): Includes a sublimated ceramic mug and a more detailed activity page featuring coloring, a maze, and a mini puzzle.

This allows you to select the version that best matches your child’s abilities and preferences.

3. Can I request custom snack or candy options?

Yes! You can choose one snack and one candy from the dropdown menus on the product page. Options include cookies, crackers, fruity snacks, chocolates, and hard candies.

All items are pre-packaged and come directly from their original manufacturers. At this time, PHCC cannot accommodate requests for allergen-free, custom-flavored, or substitute treats beyond what is listed.

4. Is the box personalized, and can I add more than just the child’s name?

Each Rudolph Christmas Eve Box includes your child’s first name printed on the box lid. This is the only personalization offered for this product.

Additional personalization (mug names, custom letters, special messages, etc.) is not available during the holiday season to ensure fast production during peak volume.

If you would like a custom-themed design, a + $10 upgrade is available at checkout.
