1. How are the popcorn boxes sold?
Each set is sold by the dozen (12 boxes), fully assembled and ready to use at your party!

2. Can I customize them?
Absolutely! You can choose your theme, colors, names, event date, or special wording. We can even add glitter or specialty cardstock if you want to take things up a notch. ✨

3. What can I put inside the boxes?
Anything you like! They’re perfect for popcorn (of course!), candy, trail mix, mini cookies, or even small gifts and favors. 🎁

4. What size are the boxes?
Each box is sized just right for individual servings — big enough for snacks, small enough to stay cute and easy to handle.

5. Are they sturdy enough to hold treats?
Yes! They’re made from premium cardstock and assembled with hot glue for durability. Your goodies will stay put. 🍿

6. How long does it take to make my order?
Processing takes 2–4 weeks, depending on order size. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

7. Can I mix colors or themes in one order?
Yes, you can! Just let us know your vision and we’ll make it happen. 🎨

8. Do they come filled?
Nope — the fun is in filling them yourself! You get to decide what surprise your guests find inside.

9. What if my boxes arrive damaged?
We take care in packing, but if anything arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with you on a solution.

• 🛑 No Cancellations: Once your design is approved, your order is final and cannot be changed or canceled.

• 🚫 No Refunds or Returns: Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

• 📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or there's an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll gladly review and resolve the issue.

🖼️ Proof Review & Approval

Before production begins, a digital proof will be emailed for your review and approval.
You’ll have 72 hours to review and respond.
If no reply is received within 72 hours, your proof will be considered approved by default and production will proceed as-is.

🔍 Accuracy & Responsibility

Please check your proof carefully to confirm that all details — names, dates, colors, and spelling — are correct.
Once a proof is approved, PHCC is not responsible for:
• Spelling or grammatical errors
• Incorrect information provided by the client
• Design issues approved in the final proof

✏️ Revisions

You may request up to three minor edits (font, color, layout tweaks) at no charge.
Major design changes or more than three rounds of revisions will incur a $20 redesign fee before additional edits are made.

🎨 Color Disclaimer

Please note:
• Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed materials.
• PHCC is not liable for minor color differences between digital previews and final printed products.

🕓 Processing Timeline

All custom items are handmade to order with a minimum 2-week processing time, which begins after proof approval.
Rush upgrades (+15%) are available upon request, subject to design and material availability.

📩 Final Agreement

By approving your proof (via email, message, or automatic approval after 72 hours), you confirm that all details are correct and agree to this policy.

Logos, mascots, and characters (including but not limited to Disney, Pixar, Nickelodeon, and other trademarked properties) are used only at the customer’s request for personal, one-time event use.
