CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Hand wash the wood portion with a soft cloth or sponge and mild soap. Do not soak the wooden board or place it in the dishwasher.

Dry promptly after cleaning and allow the board to dry completely before storing. Periodic conditioning with a food-grade cutting-board oil can help maintain the appearance of the acacia wood.

Is the engraving permanent?
Yes. The personalization is laser engraved directly into the wood and will not peel or wash off.

Are all four coasters personalized?
Yes. Each coaster in the set of four will feature the selected personalization unless otherwise noted.

Will every coaster look exactly the same?
The engraving design will coordinate across the set, but natural variations in wood grain and marble veining mean each coaster will have its own unique appearance.

Can I use a different name or monogram on each coaster?
If you want mixed personalization within one set, that should be requested as a custom order unless we intentionally add that as an option.

Are the charcuterie board and other accessories included?
No. This listing includes the set of four personalized coasters only. Any boards, glassware, food, or styled accessories shown in photos are sold separately.

Can you engrave a business logo?
Yes, depending on the artwork. Clean, high-resolution or vector artwork works best and may require review before production.
