For serving purposes, we recommend placing especially wet, oily, or strongly colored foods on parchment, food-safe paper, or serving liners when appropriate.
 
Care Instructions
Hand wash only with a soft cloth or sponge and mild soap. Do not soak the board or place it in the dishwasher.
 
Dry immediately after cleaning and allow it to dry completely before storing. Periodically conditioning the wood with a food-safe cutting-board oil can help maintain its appearance.
Avoid harsh cleaners and abrasive scrubbers.
