🚚 Processing & Shipping
This custom product requires a minimum two-week processing time before shipping. Processing begins after all required personalization details have been received and the digital proof has been approved, when applicable.
Personalized orders include up to three minor proof revisions. Proofs are automatically approved after 72 hours if no response is received. Additional revisions or major design changes may require a $20 redesign fee.
Rush processing may be available for an additional 15%.
Flat-rate shipping is $12. Free ground shipping is available on orders of $100 or more. Local pickup may also be available within the Atlanta area.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Hand wash the wooden board with mild soap and a soft cloth. Do not soak or place the wooden board in the dishwasher. Dry immediately and store in a dry location. Periodically condition the wood with a food-safe mineral oil to help preserve its appearance.
Wipe the slate surface clean with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Avoid abrasive cleaners on the wood, slate and engraved areas.
