Gift Bags

1. How are the bags sold?
All party favor gift bags are sold by the dozen (12 bags). Each set is fully assembled and ready to use.

2. Can I customize the design?
Yes! You can choose your theme, colors, and add custom details such as names, event dates, or messages. Specialty cardstock (glitter, metallic, etc.) is available for an additional fee.

3. What size are the bags?
Bags are sized to hold small treats, candy, or keepsakes. Approx. 5–6 inches tall (varies slightly based on design).

4. What materials are used?
Bags are made from premium cardstock, assembled with hot glue for durability, and finished with string handles.

5. What is the processing time?
Processing time is 2–4 weeks, not including shipping. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

6. Do the bags come filled?
No, bags are sold empty. You can fill them with your own treats, candy, or small gifts.

7. Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, larger orders (5 dozen or more) may qualify for a custom quote. Contact us for details.

8. What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you on a solution.

9. Do you create licensed character or logo designs?
Logos, mascots, and characters (Disney, Pixar, Nickelodeon, etc.) are only used at the customer’s request for personal, one-time event use. Playhouse Creative Company is not affiliated with or endorsed by any brand, studio, university, or league.

Please read before placing your order:

• 🛑 No Cancellations: Once your design is approved, your order is final and cannot be changed or canceled.

• 🚫 No Refunds or Returns: Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

• 📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or there's an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll gladly review and resolve the issue.

🖼️ Proof Review & Approval

Before production begins, a digital proof will be emailed for your review and approval.
You’ll have 72 hours to review and respond.
If no reply is received within 72 hours, your proof will be considered approved by default and production will proceed as-is.

🔍 Accuracy & Responsibility

Please check your proof carefully to confirm that all details — names, dates, colors, and spelling — are correct.
Once a proof is approved, PHCC is not responsible for:
• Spelling or grammatical errors
• Incorrect information provided by the client
• Design issues approved in the final proof

✏️ Revisions

You may request up to three minor edits (font, color, layout tweaks) at no charge.
Major design changes or more than three rounds of revisions will incur a $20 redesign fee before additional edits are made.

🎨 Color Disclaimer

Please note:
• Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed materials.
• PHCC is not liable for minor color differences between digital previews and final printed products.

🕓 Processing Timeline

All custom items are handmade to order with a minimum 2-week processing time, which begins after proof approval.
Rush upgrades (+15%) are available upon request, subject to design and material availability.

📩 Final Agreement

By approving your proof (via email, message, or automatic approval after 72 hours), you confirm that all details are correct and agree to this policy.

Logos, mascots, and characters (including but not limited to Disney, Pixar, Nickelodeon, and other trademarked properties) are used only at the customer’s request for personal, one-time event use.

This shop is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any university, league, athletic program, studio, or trademark holder.

All copyrights and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are not being sold.
You are paying for the time, design, and creative service involved in customizing these items — not for any licensed images.
