You’ll see a personalization box at checkout where you can include your details (up to 500 characters):

Luxury Hershey Purses are available filled or unfilled:

• Filled: Includes a standard Hershey bar and arrives sealed and ready to display.

• Unfilled: Perfect for custom inserts or decorative use only.

🕓 What is the processing time?

All PHCC products are handmade to order with a minimum 2-week processing time, which begins after proof approval.
Each luxury purse requires approximately 3 hours of design, cutting, and assembly time.

🚚 Do you offer rush orders?

Yes — rush orders are available by request only.
Please message us before placing your order to confirm eligibility, design approval, and scheduling.
Approved rush orders incur a +15% fee and are prioritized in our production queue.

💳 Do you offer bulk or event planner pricing?

Yes! Orders of 24 or more purses qualify for discounted pricing:

• Unfilled: $90/dozen (bulk rate)

• Filled: $100/dozen (bulk rate)

Yes! You’ll receive a digital proof for review and approval before your order is produced.
You’ll have 72 hours to approve or request edits.
If no response is received within that time, the proof will be approved automatically to keep your order on schedule.

🚫 Do you sell licensed character designs?

No — PHCC does not sell or claim ownership of any licensed characters or logos.
Character-inspired designs are created only at the customer’s request for personal, one-time event use.

🖼️ Proof Review & Approval

Before production begins, a digital proof will be emailed for your review and approval.
You’ll have 72 hours to review and respond.
If no reply is received within 72 hours, your proof will be considered approved by default and production will proceed as-is.

🔍 Accuracy & Responsibility

Please check your proof carefully to confirm that all details — names, dates, colors, and spelling — are correct.
Once a proof is approved, PHCC is not responsible for:
• Spelling or grammatical errors
• Incorrect information provided by the client
• Design issues approved in the final proof

✏️ Revisions

You may request up to three minor edits (font, color, layout tweaks) at no charge.
Major design changes or more than three rounds of revisions will incur a $20 redesign fee before additional edits are made.

🎨 Color Disclaimer

Please note:
• Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed materials.
• PHCC is not liable for minor color differences between digital previews and final printed products.

📩 Final Agreement

By approving your proof (via email, message, or automatic approval after 72 hours), you confirm that all details are correct and agree to this policy.

Logos, mascots, and characters (including but not limited to Disney, Pixar, Nickelodeon, and other trademarked properties) are used only at the customer’s request for personal, one-time event use.

This shop is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any university, league, athletic program, studio, or trademark holder.

All copyrights and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are not being sold.
You are paying for the time, design, and creative service involved in customizing these items — not for any licensed images.
