💬 How big are the name plates?

Each name plate is approximately 1.5–2 inches tall and 4–5 inches wide, depending on name length and font style. Custom sizing is available upon request.

💬 What materials are used?

All name plates are made with 1/8” mirror acrylic layered on 1/8” premium wood (¼” total). This gives each piece a sleek mirror finish with a sturdy, dimensional base.

Available wood bases: Walnut, Maple, Oak, Cherry, White, or Black plywood.
Available acrylics: Gold, Rose Gold, Silver, Copper, or Frosted.

💬 Can I mix acrylic or wood colors?

To keep your table cohesive, all name plates in one order use the same color pairing unless you request otherwise. If you’d like a mix (for example, Gold Mirror for adults and Rose Gold for kids), include that note during checkout.

💬 Can you match my other PHCC items?

Yes! We’ll coordinate your name plates with your Gather & Glow menus, coasters, or signage for a consistent look. Just mention your previous order or color pairing in the notes.

💬 How do I provide guest names?

You can enter all names in the personalization box separated by commas or upload a list via message after ordering. Please double-check spelling — we create your items exactly as entered.

💬 Do I see a proof before production?

Yes! A digital mockup is sent within 2 business days of ordering. We’ll begin cutting once you approve the design.

💬 How are the name plates displayed?

Each piece is designed to lay flat on plates, napkins, or tabletops. Freestanding options with bases are available upon request (upgrade fee applies).

💬 What’s the processing time?

Production typically takes 5–14 business days, depending on quantity and customization. Rush options are available — message us for availability.

💬 Can I reorder matching names later?

Absolutely! We save your design file for future orders, so you can add new guests or reorders at any time without setup fees.

💬 How do I clean or store them?

Wipe gently with a soft cloth — avoid harsh cleaners or alcohol on mirror acrylic. Store flat in tissue paper to prevent scratches.
