• 🚫 No Refunds or Returns: Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

• 📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or there's an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll gladly review and resolve the issue.

👜 What’s included with my Hershey Purses order?

Each order includes 12 fully assembled Hershey Purses, wrapped around full-size Hershey bars and finished with a metallic or gold chain handle.
Each purse is custom-designed to match your event theme and color palette.

 

💡 Sold by the dozen (12 per set).
Each quantity of “1” equals one dozen finished Hershey Purses.

 

🎨 How do I personalize my Hershey Purses?

You’ll see a personalization box at checkout where you can include your details (up to 500 characters):
✔️ Name(s) and/or age
✔️ Event theme (birthday, bridal, baby shower, etc.)
✔️ Color preferences
✔️ Any special requests (chain color, text style, etc.)

⚠️ Double-check all spelling and details — your purses will be created exactly as entered.

 

🖐️ Are the purses filled or unfilled?

All Standard Hershey Purses come fully assembled and filled with Hershey bars.
They arrive sealed, ready to display, and require no additional setup.

 

🕓 What is the processing time?

All PHCC products are handmade to order with a minimum 2-week processing time, which begins after proof approval.
This ensures each purse meets PHCC’s design and quality standards.

 

🚚 Do you offer rush orders?

Yes — rush orders are available by request only.
Please message us before ordering to confirm design approval and material availability.
Approved rush orders include a +15% fee and move to the front of our production schedule.

 

💳 Do you offer bulk or event planner pricing?

Yes! Orders of 24 or more purses qualify for discounted pricing:

• Standard Hershey Purses: $60/dozen (bulk rate)

🖌️ Will I receive a proof before production?

Yes! You’ll receive a digital proof for review and approval before your order is produced.
You’ll have 72 hours to approve or request edits.
If no response is received, the design is automatically approved to prevent production delays.

 

🚫 Do you sell licensed character designs?

No — PHCC does not sell or claim ownership of any licensed characters or logos.
Character-inspired designs are created only at the customer’s request for personal, one-time event use.

🖼️ Proof Review & Approval

Before production begins, a digital proof will be emailed for your review and approval.
You’ll have 72 hours to review and respond.
If no reply is received within 72 hours, your proof will be considered approved by default and production will proceed as-is.

 

🔍 Accuracy & Responsibility

Please check your proof carefully to confirm that all details — names, dates, colors, and spelling — are correct.
Once a proof is approved, PHCC is not responsible for:
• Spelling or grammatical errors
• Incorrect information provided by the client
• Design issues approved in the final proof

 

✏️ Revisions

You may request up to three minor edits (font, color, layout tweaks) at no charge.
Major design changes or more than three rounds of revisions will incur a $20 redesign fee before additional edits are made.

 

🎨 Color Disclaimer

Please note:
• Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed materials.
• PHCC is not liable for minor color differences between digital previews and final printed products.

📩 Final Agreement

By approving your proof (via email, message, or automatic approval after 72 hours), you confirm that all details are correct and agree to this policy.

Logos, mascots, and characters (including but not limited to Disney, Pixar, Nickelodeon, and other trademarked properties) are used only at the customer’s request for personal, one-time event use.
