1. What age range is this box best suited for?

Our Grinch Christmas Eve Box is thoughtfully designed for children ages 1–12. You can choose the appropriate age range at checkout:

• Toddler (1–3): Comes with a durable 11oz sublimated tumbler and a simplified big-line coloring page with no small puzzle pieces.

• Big Kid (4–12): Includes a sublimated ceramic mug and a full activity sheet (coloring, maze, and mini puzzle).

This ensures every child receives items that are age-appropriate, safe, and fun.

2. Are the snacks and candies safe for kids with allergies?

All snacks and candies used in our boxes may contain or be processed in facilities that handle peanuts, tree nuts, soy, dairy, and wheat. While we do our best to keep packaging clean and sealed, we cannot guarantee allergy-free handling.

If your child has specific allergies, please review your selections carefully and choose the safest options or avoid the snack/candy choices altogether.

3. Is the box or mug personalized?

The child’s first name is printed on the box only. None of the internal items (mug, tumbler, craft kit, or letter) are personalized. This helps streamline production during the holiday season, ensuring you receive your order as quickly as possible.

Please double-check spelling in the personalization field — your box will be printed exactly as submitted.

4. When will my order ship and how long does it take to arrive?

Every Christmas Eve Box is handmade to order.

Our standard processing time is 5–7 business days, but processing may be quicker depending on volume.

Shipping details:

• Shipped via UPS Ground

• Shipping is calculated at checkout

• Orders $100+ qualify for free ground shipping

• Tracking will be emailed once your order ships

Holiday Deadlines:

• Last day to order for shipping: December 15

• Last PHCC ship date: December 18

Please order early to avoid carrier delays.

• 📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or there's an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll gladly review and resolve the issue.
