Q: What size is the tumbler?
A: This is a 40oz double-wall stainless steel tumbler with a handle.

Q: Is this vinyl or a sticker?
A: No — the design is laser engraved directly into the tumbler. No vinyl, no decals, no peeling.

Q: Will the engraving fade, crack, or peel?
A: The engraving is permanent and made to last. It won’t crack, peel, or fade under normal use.

Q: Does it come with a lid and straw?
A: Yes — tumblers include a clear lid, and a straw where applicable (supplier variations may apply).

Q: How should I clean it?
A: Hand wash recommended. Avoid abrasive scrubbers and dishwashers to keep the finish looking its best.

Q: Do you offer other colors?
A: Yes — additional color options are available. Message us for current colors/inventory.

Q: What is your processing time?
A: Items are handmade to order. Please allow a minimum 2-week processing time before shipping unless otherwise noted. Rush upgrades may be available (+15%).
