A: Nope — it’s laser engraved directly into the tumbler. No vinyl, no stickers, no peeling.

Q: Will the engraving fade or wash off?
A: The engraving is permanent and won’t crack, peel, or fade under normal use.

Q: Does it come with a lid and straw?
A: Yes — each tumbler includes a clear lid and straw where applicable (some supplier variations may occur).

Q: How do I clean and care for it?
A: Hand wash recommended. Avoid abrasive scrubbers and dishwashers to keep the finish looking its best.

Q: What’s your processing time?
A: Tumblers are made to order. Standard turnaround is typically 5–10 business days, but please allow up to 2 weeks during peak seasons or high volume. Your checkout estimate is the most accurate.
