💧 What’s included with my order?

Each order includes 12 custom-designed, handmade labels printed on glossy paper and personalized for your event.
You can choose:

• Unfilled Labels – printed labels only (you apply them yourself)

• Filled Labels – labels applied to your selected drinks, ready to display

📦 How are mini drink labels sold?

All drink labels are sold by the dozen (12 per set).
Each quantity of “1” equals one dozen finished labels.

Example:

• Quantity 1 = 12 labels

• Quantity 2 = 24 labels

This applies to both filled and unfilled options.

🎨 How do I personalize my labels?

You’ll see a personalization box at checkout where you can include your details (up to 500 characters):
✔️ Name(s) and/or age
✔️ Theme or event type
✔️ Color preferences
✔️ Drink type (mini water, juice box, or Gatorade)
✔️ Any special requests (fonts, layout, or message)

🕓 What is the processing time?

All PHCC items are handmade to order with a minimum 2-week processing time after proof approval.
Rush orders are available by request only (+15%) — please message us before ordering to confirm availability.

🚚 Do you offer rush orders?

Yes — rush orders are accepted by request only and must be approved before purchase.
Approved rush orders include a +15% fee and shortened turnaround time depending on design and production volume.

🍾 What drink types can I choose for filled orders?

Filled orders can include your choice of:
• Mini Water Bottles
• Juice Boxes
• Mini Gatorades

Include your selection in the personalization box when ordering.

💳 Do you offer bulk or event planner pricing?

Yes! Orders of 24 or more labels qualify for discounted pricing:

• Unfilled: $22/dozen

• Filled: $32/dozen

🎁 Can I match these with other PHCC favors?

Absolutely! PHCC offers coordinated favor sets including:

🚫 Do you sell licensed character designs?

No — PHCC does not sell or claim ownership of any licensed characters or logos.
Character-inspired themes are created only at the customer’s request for personal, one-time event use.

Please read before placing your order:

• 🛑 No Cancellations: Once your design is approved, your order is final and cannot be changed or canceled.

• 🚫 No Refunds or Returns: Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

• 📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or there's an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll gladly review and resolve the issue.

🖼️ Proof Review & Approval

Before production begins, a digital proof will be emailed for your review and approval.
You’ll have 72 hours to review and respond.
If no reply is received within 72 hours, your proof will be considered approved by default and production will proceed as-is.

🔍 Accuracy & Responsibility

Please check your proof carefully to confirm that all details — names, dates, colors, and spelling — are correct.
Once a proof is approved, PHCC is not responsible for:
• Spelling or grammatical errors
• Incorrect information provided by the client
• Design issues approved in the final proof

✏️ Revisions

You may request up to three minor edits (font, color, layout tweaks) at no charge.
Major design changes or more than three rounds of revisions will incur a $20 redesign fee before additional edits are made.

🎨 Color Disclaimer

Please note:
• Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed materials.
• PHCC is not liable for minor color differences between digital previews and final printed products.

📩 Final Agreement

By approving your proof (via email, message, or automatic approval after 72 hours), you confirm that all details are correct and agree to this policy.

Logos, mascots, and characters (including but not limited to Disney, Pixar, Nickelodeon, and other trademarked properties) are used only at the customer’s request for personal, one-time event use.

This shop is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any university, league, athletic program, studio, or trademark holder.

All copyrights and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are not being sold.
You are paying for the time, design, and creative service involved in customizing these items — not for any licensed images.
