Each order includes 12 custom-designed, handmade cookie snack bags, printed on glossy paper and sealed for a professional finish.
You can choose:

• Unfilled Bags – wrappers only (you fill them yourself)

• Filled Bags – sealed and ready to display with pre-packaged snacks inside

📦 How are cookie snack bags sold?

All cookie snack bags are sold by the dozen (12 per set).
Each quantity of “1” equals one dozen finished snack bags.

Example:

• Quantity 1 = 12 bags

• Quantity 2 = 24 bags

This applies to both filled and unfilled options.

🎨 How do I personalize my cookie snack bags?

You’ll see a personalization box at checkout where you can include your details (up to 500 characters):

🕓 What is the processing time?

All PHCC items are handmade to order with a minimum 2-week processing time after proof approval.
Rush orders are available by request only (+15%) — please message before ordering to confirm availability.

🚚 Do you offer rush orders?

Yes — rush orders are accepted by request only and must be approved before purchase.
Approved rush orders include a +15% fee and shortened turnaround time depending on design and production volume.

No — PHCC does not sell or claim ownership of any licensed characters or logos.
Character-inspired designs are created only at the customer’s request for personal, one-time event use.

• 📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or there's an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll gladly review and resolve the issue.

🖼️ Proof Review & Approval

Before production begins, a digital proof will be emailed for your review and approval.
You’ll have 72 hours to review and respond.
If no reply is received within 72 hours, your proof will be considered approved by default and production will proceed as-is.

🔍 Accuracy & Responsibility

Please check your proof carefully to confirm that all details — names, dates, colors, and spelling — are correct.
Once a proof is approved, PHCC is not responsible for:
• Spelling or grammatical errors
• Incorrect information provided by the client
• Design issues approved in the final proof

✏️ Revisions

You may request up to three minor edits (font, color, layout tweaks) at no charge.
Major design changes or more than three rounds of revisions will incur a $20 redesign fee before additional edits are made.

🎨 Color Disclaimer

Please note:
• Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed materials.
• PHCC is not liable for minor color differences between digital previews and final printed products.
