🛍️ What’s included with my chip bag order?

Each order includes custom-designed, handmade chip bags, printed on glossy paper and sealed for a professional look.

You can choose:

• Unfilled Bags – custom bags only (you fill them yourself)

• Filled Bags – sealed and ready-to-display with snacks inside

📦 How are chip bags sold?

All chip bags are sold by the dozen (12 per set).
Each quantity of “1” equals one dozen finished chip bags.

Example:

• Quantity 1 = 12 bags

• Quantity 2 = 24 bags

This applies to both filled and unfilled options.

🎨 How do I personalize my chip bags?

You’ll see a personalization box at checkout where you can include your details (up to 500 characters):
✔️ Name(s) and/or age
✔️ Theme or event type
✔️ Color preferences
✔️ Any special requests (fonts, layout, or details)

🖨️ What materials are used?

All chip bags are printed on premium glossy photo paper for rich color and shine.
Each is hand-cut, sealed, and assembled for a professional, retail-quality finish.

🕓 What is the processing time?

All orders are handmade to order with a minimum 2-week processing time after proof approval.
This ensures your bags are printed, sealed, and personalized to PHCC standards.

🚚 Do you offer rush orders?

Yes — rush orders are available by request only.
Please message us before ordering to confirm availability.
Approved rush orders incur a +15% fee and move to the front of our production queue.

🧃 What type of chips are used for filled bags?

Filled bags include assorted brand-name chips (Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, etc.).
If you have specific brand or flavor preferences, include them in your personalization notes and we’ll accommodate if possible.

💳 Do you offer bulk or event planner pricing?

Yes! Orders of 24 or more bags qualify for discounted pricing:

• Unfilled: $50 / dozen

• Filled: $60 / dozen

💬 Can I match my chip bags with other favors?

Absolutely! PHCC offers coordinated sets including:

• Candy Bar Wrappers

• Hershey Purses (Standard or Luxury)

• Stickers, Menus & Signage

🚫 Do you sell licensed character designs?

No — PHCC does not sell or claim ownership of any licensed characters.
Character-inspired designs are created only at the customer’s request for personal, one-time event use.

Please read before placing your order:

• 🛑 No Cancellations: Once your design is approved, your order is final and cannot be changed or canceled.

• 🚫 No Refunds or Returns: Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

• 📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or there's an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll gladly review and resolve the issue.

🖼️ Proof Review & Approval

Before production begins, a digital proof will be emailed for your review and approval.
You’ll have 72 hours to review and respond.
If no reply is received within 72 hours, your proof will be considered approved by default and production will proceed as-is.

🔍 Accuracy & Responsibility

Please check your proof carefully to confirm that all details — names, dates, colors, and spelling — are correct.
Once a proof is approved, PHCC is not responsible for:
• Spelling or grammatical errors
• Incorrect information provided by the client
• Design issues approved in the final proof

✏️ Revisions

You may request up to three minor edits (font, color, layout tweaks) at no charge.
Major design changes or more than three rounds of revisions will incur a $20 redesign fee before additional edits are made.

🎨 Color Disclaimer

Please note:
• Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed materials.
• PHCC is not liable for minor color differences between digital previews and final printed products.

🕓 Processing Timeline

All custom items are handmade to order with a minimum 2-week processing time, which begins after proof approval.
Rush upgrades (+15%) are available upon request, subject to design and material availability.

📩 Final Agreement

By approving your proof (via email, message, or automatic approval after 72 hours), you confirm that all details are correct and agree to this policy.

Logos, mascots, and characters (including but not limited to Disney, Pixar, Nickelodeon, and other trademarked properties) are used only at the customer’s request for personal, one-time event use.

This shop is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any university, league, athletic program, studio, or trademark holder.

All copyrights and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are not being sold.
You are paying for the time, design, and creative service involved in customizing these items — not for any licensed images.
