• Includes custom-printed wrappers only — no snacks included.

• Arrives flat and pre-cut, ready to seal with adhesive or tape.

🍭 2️⃣ Filled Bags (Ready-to-Display)

• Includes your selected candy or snack type, sealed and ready to display.

• Snack options include:

• Great for dessert tables, favor displays, and kids’ party giveaways!

🚚 3️⃣ Rush Orders

Rush processing is available by request only.
Please message us before placing your order to confirm eligibility, design approval, and scheduling.
Approved rush orders incur a +15% fee and move to the front of our production queue.
(Standard processing time is 2 weeks after proof approval.)

• Free ground shipping on orders $100+.

• 📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or there's an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll gladly review and resolve the issue.

🖼️ Proof Review & Approval

Before production begins, a digital proof will be emailed for your review and approval.
You’ll have 72 hours to review and respond.
If no reply is received within 72 hours, your proof will be considered approved by default and production will proceed as-is.

🔍 Accuracy & Responsibility

Please check your proof carefully to confirm that all details — names, dates, colors, and spelling — are correct.
Once a proof is approved, PHCC is not responsible for:
• Spelling or grammatical errors
• Incorrect information provided by the client
• Design issues approved in the final proof

✏️ Revisions

You may request up to three minor edits (font, color, layout tweaks) at no charge.
Major design changes or more than three rounds of revisions will incur a $20 redesign fee before additional edits are made.

🎨 Color Disclaimer

Please note:
• Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed materials.
• PHCC is not liable for minor color differences between digital previews and final printed products.

🕓 Processing Timeline

All custom items are handmade to order with a minimum 2-week processing time, which begins after proof approval.
Rush upgrades (+15%) are available upon request, subject to design and material availability.

By approving your proof (via email, message, or automatic approval after 72 hours), you confirm that all details are correct and agree to this policy.
