All orders are handmade to order in our PHCC studio.
Processing time is 5–14 business days, depending on order volume and customization.
Shipping takes 3–5 business days within the U.S.

We take great care in packaging each item securely.
If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist with a replacement or claim.

💬 What if I need to cancel or change my order?

Cancellations and text changes can be made before proof approval.
Once you approve your proof and production begins, we’re unable to make changes or cancel due to the custom nature of the product.

💬 How is it packaged?

Each sign is wrapped in a protective film, cushioned in tissue paper, and placed in branded PHCC packaging.
Premium orders include gold tissue, a PHCC tag, and optional gift wrapping.
