📦 How are candy bar wrappers sold?
All wrappers are sold by the dozen (12 wrappers per set).
Each quantity of “1” equals one dozen custom wrappers.
Example:

This applies to both filled and unfilled options.
🎨 How do I personalize my candy bar wrappers?
You’ll see a personalization box at checkout where you can include your details (up to 500 characters).
Please include:

✔️ Event type (birthday, wedding, graduation, etc.)
✔️ Color preferences
✔️ Any special requests (fonts, layout, or message on back)
⚠️ Double-check all spelling and details — your design will be created exactly as entered.
🍬 What size candy bars do the wrappers fit?
Our wrappers are designed to fit standard full-size chocolate bars (1.4–1.6 oz, approximately 5.25″ × 2.25″).

Yes — PHCC does not default to Hershey’s.
You must select your preferred candy bar when ordering filled wrappers.
If you’re unsure which brand fits, send us a quick message and we’ll confirm the dimensions.
🖨️ What materials are used?
All wrappers are printed on premium glossy photo paper using professional-quality ink for crisp color and shine.
They’re then hand-cut, sealed, and finished for a clean, polished presentation.
🕓 What is the processing time?
All orders are handmade to order with a minimum 2-week processing time, which begins after proof approval.
This ensures each wrapper is printed, cut, and assembled to PHCC’s quality standards.
🚚 Do you offer rush orders?
Yes — rush orders are available by request only and must be approved before purchase.
If accepted, rush orders include a +15% fee and shortened production time (depending on design complexity and availability).
To request a rush, please message us first before placing your order.
✉️ Will I receive a design proof before printing?
Yes! You’ll receive a digital proof by email before production begins.
You’ll have 72 hours to review and approve.
If no response is received within that time, the design is considered approved automatically to avoid delays.
Once approved, no further edits or refunds can be made, as each item is custom-made to your specifications.
💳 Do you offer bulk or planner pricing?
Yes! Orders of 24 or more wrappers qualify for discounted pricing:

No — PHCC does not sell or claim ownership of any licensed characters or logos.
Character-inspired themes are available only for personal, one-time event use at the customer’s request.

🖌️ Customer Approval To Begin Work Policy
At Playhouse Creative Company, we want to ensure your order is exactly how you envision it. Please review our approval policy carefully before placing your order.
🖼️ Proof Review & Approval
Before production begins, a digital proof will be emailed for your review and approval.
You’ll have 72 hours to review and respond.
If no reply is received within 72 hours, your proof will be considered approved by default and production will proceed as-is.
🔍 Accuracy & Responsibility
Please check your proof carefully to confirm that all details — names, dates, colors, and spelling — are correct.
Once a proof is approved, PHCC is not responsible for:
• Spelling or grammatical errors
• Incorrect information provided by the client
• Design issues approved in the final proof
✏️ Revisions
You may request up to three minor edits (font, color, layout tweaks) at no charge.
Major design changes or more than three rounds of revisions will incur a $20 redesign fee before additional edits are made.
🎨 Color Disclaimer
Please note:
• Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed materials.
• PHCC is not liable for minor color differences between digital previews and final printed products.
🕓 Processing Timeline
All custom items are handmade to order with a minimum 2-week processing time, which begins after proof approval.
Rush upgrades (+15%) are available upon request, subject to design and material availability.
📩 Final Agreement
By approving your proof (via email, message, or automatic approval after 72 hours), you confirm that all details are correct and agree to this policy.

Logos, mascots, and characters (including but not limited to Disney, Pixar, Nickelodeon, and other trademarked properties) are used only at the customer’s request for personal, one-time event use.
