• 🛑 No Cancellations: Once your design is approved, your order is final and cannot be changed or canceled.

• 🚫 No Refunds or Returns: Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

• 📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or there's an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll gladly review and resolve the issue.

What does the base box include?
The base includes party items for the birthday kid + 8 guests, including a personalized name banner, your choice of one 3D topper option, and coordinated labels/tags + activities.

Are snacks included?
Not in the base. Standard is unfilled (labels only). Add the Filled Upgrade for chips + treats + assembly.

Can I request small changes to a premade theme?
Yes — minor changes are allowed, like simple color swaps (ex: green instead of blue for Gamer, or pink instead of purple for Princess). Major changes, new layouts, or custom graphics may require an additional design fee.

Are the toppers 3D?
Yes — all cake and cupcake toppers are 3D.

Do I get both the cake topper and cupcake toppers in the base?
Base includes one option: 1 3D cake topper OR 12 3D cupcake toppers.
You can add the matching topper set to get both at bundle pricing (+$20 for cupcake toppers / +$25 for cake topper).

Can I request a custom or character theme?
Yes. Select Requested Theme (Custom/Character) for an additional $15 design fee and include your request details at checkout.

Do extra guests increase cupcake toppers?
No. Cupcake toppers remain 12. Extra guests add sets for chip labels, treat wrappers, snack/food tags, and activities.

How fast is processing?
Premade and Requested Theme orders ship in 3–5 business days. Major custom builds require a 2-week minimum.

🖼️ Proof Review & Approval

Before production begins, a digital proof will be emailed for your review and approval.

You’ll have 72 hours to review and respond.
If no reply is received within 72 hours, your proof will be considered approved by default and production will proceed as-is.

🔍 Accuracy & Responsibility

Please check your proof carefully to confirm that all details — names, dates, colors, and spelling — are correct.

Once a proof is approved, PHCC is not responsible for:
• Spelling or grammatical errors
• Incorrect information provided by the client
• Design issues approved in the final proof

✏️ Revisions

You may request up to three minor edits (font, color, layout tweaks) at no charge.

Major design changes or more than three rounds of revisions will incur a $20 redesign fee before additional edits are made.

🎨 Color Disclaimer

Please note:
• Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed materials.
• PHCC is not liable for minor color differences between digital previews and final printed products.

🕓 Processing Timeline

All custom items are handmade to order with a minimum 2-week processing time, which begins after proof approval.

Rush upgrades (+15%) are available upon request, subject to design and material availability.

📩 Final Agreement

By approving your proof (via email, message, or automatic approval after 72 hours), you confirm that all details are correct and agree to this policy.

Logos, mascots, and characters (including but not limited to Disney, Pixar, Nickelodeon, and other trademarked properties) are used only at the customer’s request for personal, one-time event use.

All copyrights and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are not being sold.
You are paying for the time, design, and creative service involved in customizing these items — not for any licensed images.
