• 🛑 No Cancellations: Once your design is approved, your order is final and cannot be changed or canceled.

• 🚫 No Refunds or Returns: Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

• 📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or there's an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll gladly review and resolve the issue.

Q: Is the price per letter or per name?
A: Pricing is per letter. Add the total number of letters you need to your cart (example: “AVA” = 3 letters).

 

Q: What sizes do you offer?
A: Choose from 6”, 8”, or 10” (height). Width varies depending on the letter and font.

 

Q: Do the letters stand up on their own?
A: Yes — these are freestanding 3D letters made for tabletop display.

 

Q: Can you do numbers too (like “3” or “2026”)?
A: Yes — numbers are available and priced per character, just like letters.

 

Q: How do I tell you my colors and theme?
A: Add your colors and inspiration details in the personalization box at checkout (links are fine). You can also request “match invitation.”

 

Q: Will I get a proof before you make it?
A: Yes. You’ll receive a digital proof before production. You have 72 hours to approve (then it’s auto-approved). Up to 3 minor changes included.

 

Q: Can I request a specific font/style?
A: Yes — include your preferred style (ex: bold block, script, sporty) and I’ll match it to your theme.

 

Q: Are these waterproof / can they go outside?
A: These are paper party décor and are not waterproof. Avoid moisture, heavy handling, or outdoor exposure.

 

Q: What’s your processing time? Do you offer rush?
A: Standard processing is minimum 2 weeks before shipping. Rush upgrades are available (+15%) based on design approval and material availability.

 

Q: Can you match my other PHCC party favors?
A: Absolutely — if you’re ordering multiple items, include notes so everything coordinates.

 

Q: What if I enter the name wrong?
A: We produce exactly what’s approved in the proof. Please double-check spelling when you submit your personalization.

At Playhouse Creative Company, we want to ensure your order is exactly how you envision it. Please review our approval policy carefully before placing your order.

🖼️ Proof Review & Approval

Before production begins, a digital proof will be emailed for your review and approval.
You’ll have 72 hours to review and respond.
If no reply is received within 72 hours, your proof will be considered approved by default and production will proceed as-is.

🔍 Accuracy & Responsibility

Please check your proof carefully to confirm that all details — names, dates, colors, and spelling — are correct.
Once a proof is approved, PHCC is not responsible for:
• Spelling or grammatical errors
• Incorrect information provided by the client
• Design issues approved in the final proof

✏️ Revisions

You may request up to three minor edits (font, color, layout tweaks) at no charge.
Major design changes or more than three rounds of revisions will incur a $20 redesign fee before additional edits are made.

🎨 Color Disclaimer

Please note:
• Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed materials.
• PHCC is not liable for minor color differences between digital previews and final printed products.

🕓 Processing Timeline

All custom items are handmade to order with a minimum 2-week processing time, which begins after proof approval.
Rush upgrades (+15%) are available upon request, subject to design and material availability.

📩 Final Agreement

By approving your proof (via email, message, or automatic approval after 72 hours), you confirm that all details are correct and agree to this policy.

Logos, mascots, and characters (including but not limited to Disney, Pixar, Nickelodeon, and other trademarked properties) are used only at the customer’s request for personal, one-time event use.

This shop is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any university, league, athletic program, studio, or trademark holder.

All copyrights and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are not being sold.
You are paying for the time, design, and creative service involved in customizing these items — not for any licensed images.
